1. General Information
Barcelona Hotel Bar Week (BHBW) is an event organized to celebrate the hospitality and mixology culture in Barcelona. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
2. Ticket Purchase & Entry
All tickets must be purchased through our official third-party provider (Eventbrite). Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified. Each ticket grants access to specific BHBW benefits, which may include discounted cocktails, curated events, and entry to the closing party. A valid ID must be presented at participating venues and events. Entry may be denied without proper identification.
3. Age Restrictions
BHBW is strictly for attendees aged 18 and above. Proof of legal age may be requested at any venue or event.
4. Event Participation
Participation in workshops, masterclasses, or special events may require prior registration. Availability for certain events
is limited and subject to capacity. BHBW and partner venues reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason
deemed appropriate, including intoxication or inappropriate behavior.
5. Code of Conduct
BHBW promotes responsible enjoyment of alcohol and professional conduct throughout the event. We do not tolerate:

Excessive drinking or disorderly behavior

Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind

Vandalism or damage to partner venues
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Photography and Media Consent
By attending BHBW events, you agree that you may be photographed or recorded, and that BHBW may use this media for promotional purposes across digital, print, and social channels.
7. Program Changes
BHBW reserves the right to:

Modify, cancel, or replace scheduled events, participating bars, or promotions at any time.

Change venues, timing, or event lineups due to availability or unforeseen circumstances
8. Intellectual Property
All BHBW branding, content, and materials are the property of the event organizers. Use of BHBW materials or trademarks without permission is prohibited.
9. Liability Disclaimer
BHBW, its partners, and venues are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
